Muktsar Gurudwara Muktsar the city of Gurudwaras is 50 km. away from Bathinda is recognized as 'Guru Ki Daab'. The place is famous for the last battle fought by Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, in which the group of 40 warriors helped Guru Ji and died who left them in Anandpur Sahib by writing 'Bedawa'.

Guru Ji tore 'Bedawa' at this place on their demand and blessed them with 'Mukti' (Mokush). So the place is called 'Mukatsar'.The famous 'Maghi' Mela is held on 'Magh Sakranti' (desi month) which go down in the month of January. .
